Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, we will not have any control over it. You should contact the shipping company for tracking information.
There are two scenarios when your tracking information is not updated.
First of all, you may see the tracking status showing "The shipping information has been received and the package has been sent from the shipper" after 5 days. This situation may be that the package has just arrived at the logistics provider’s warehouse and has not been shipped yet, so their system will not record the location and time of the tracking.
Please allow a few business days for delivery.
Second, you may see that the tracking information is updated correctly, but it will stop updating at one point before delivery and will never be updated again.
When this happens, the package may not be updated until it reaches the local area, or it may be lost or stolen. If you contact a logistics provider, there is a big chance they can find it for you. Therefore, please feel free to contact the logistics provider.
If you haven’t received it three days after the estimated delivery date, please open the ticket.
