Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, we will not have any control over it. You should contact the shipping company for tracking information.
In two conditions, the tracking information will not be updated.
First of all, you may see the tracking status 48 hours after the shipment, displaying "The shipping information has been received and the package has been sent from the shipper". This situation may be that the package has just arrived at the logistics provider’s warehouse and has not been shipped yet, so their system will not record the location and time of the tracking.
Please allow a few working days for delivery.
Second, you may see that the tracking information is updated correctly, but it will stop updating at some point before delivery and will never be updated again.
When this happens, the package may not be updated until it reaches the local area, or it may be lost or stolen. If you contact a logistics provider, they are likely to find it for you. Therefore, please feel free to contact the logistics provider.
If you haven’t received it three days after the estimated delivery date, please open the ticket.
