Tutorial for Replacing the Case for P1 HD VRX Nano

Tools and Materials

• P1 HD VRX Nano
• Case of P1 HD VRX Nano
• Phillips screwdriver

Operation Steps

SKYZONE Version

Disassembly

1. Remove the three M1.2*8.5 screws securing the cooling fan, disconnect the fan cable connector, and then take off the fan.
   
2. Remove the M1.6*4 screw between the mainboard and the case, then take off the mainboard.
    

Assembly

1. Tighten three M1.2*8.5 screws in the corresponding positions shown in the picture to secure the fan.
   
2. Install the mainboard into the case shown in the diagram, then connect the cable to the fan cable. Please route the wiring to avoid pinching.
   
3. Tighten the M1.6*4 screw securing the mainboard to complete the replacement.
   

Fat Shark Version

Disassembly

1. Remove the M1.6*4 screw securing the mainboard, take out the mainboard, and disconnect the fan cable connector on the back of the mainboard.
2. Remove the three M1.2*8.5 screws securing the fan, then take off the fan.

Assembly

1. Install the fan shown in the diagram, then tighten the three M1.2*8.5 screws to secure the fan.
2. Connect the fan cable connector to the port on the back of the mainboard. Then install the mainboard with the USB-C port and SMA port facing down. Please route the fan wiring to avoid pinching.
   
3. Finally, tighten the M1.6*4 screw securing the mainboard to complete the replacement.
