Updates:

• The RF module will no longer be activated at startup. It will be woken up and begin transmitting channel data only after the throttle is moved from a high to a low position.
• The binding function is disabled while the RF module is inactive.
• Fixed a bug where the low-throttle position detection did not follow the throttle reversal setting.
