Manual for F4 1S AIO Brushless FC (No RX)

This is the manual for F4 1S AIO brushless FC board, NO receiver version. This FC board could support 1-2S power.

The stock firmware of this board is Betaflight 4.2.0 BETAFPV411RX.  The Cli diff dump is in the attached file.
