First of all, if you ordered a product from us and it was unopened, you can simply submit a ticket within 14 days when you receive it. Or if you need an exchange, the operation is the same as above.
Please note if the product has been opened, we will not be able to properly refund you.
And the shipping fee is on your side for the products that are unopened and intact.
Second, if you received a defective product, and you preferred to return the items to get a refund or replacement. Please check with the staff for more details.
According to the policy, the warranty for defective products is 30 days and only the replacement is free for the customers.
