1)Cable loose/Damaged cable


Inspection Method: Remove the plug then press it tight.

Please check whether the cable between the camera and the DVR board damaged , a picture will help us to check it for you.


Solution: If the cable is broken, Contact us we will replace a new cable for you.


2) Some components on the DVR board fell off

Inspection Method:  Please check whether there are parts missing on the DVR board. A picture will help us to check it for you.


Solution: Contact us, we will replace a new Caddx turtle V2 for you.


3) A batch of caddx turtle V2 is defective from the factory, please looking through the below statement from Caddx.


Inspection Method: Use a spare cam to check.


Solution: Contact us, we will replace a new Caddx turtle V2 for you.
