After-Sale Policy

Items shipped from BETAFPV enjoy warranty up to 6 months of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

  • Replacement Policy 

BETAFPV Whoop Drones, Parts & Accessories can be replace 1 time within 6 months of receipt of delivery (man-made damage not enjoy). You should return the item to pointed address firstly and sent us the tracking number of your returned parcel, once the tracking number is received, it takes 2 business days for the replacement to be processed and generally take up to 20 days for an item to reach you once we dispatched it. Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense while replacement is at BETAFPV expense.

  • Reissued Policy

BETAFPV Whoop Drones can be reissued 1 time in lifetime while Parts & Accessories is 3 times (in the case of package loss, wrong item or defective items sent). You do not need to send the items to our fulfillment center, we will ship the new items to you once reissued approved. Reissued is at BETAFPV expense.

  • ATTENTION:

Man-made damage does not enjoy the Related policy.

If you purchase BETAFPV products for Self-assembly, Only BETAFPV products enjoy those policies.

  • Warranty Policy

All defective merchandises, unless otherwise indicated, enjoy the privilege of lifetime warranty. However, it does not cover physically damaged merchandises. 

To better figure out the best solution for defective parts, all replacements are required to have a RMA list. Which includes SKU, Name, Quantity and clear pictures or videos.

  • Return & Replacement Policy

BETAFPV take 100% responsibility for all defective merchandises. Both gratis return or replace are acceptable.

If you want a refund, we will return it at your purchase price. While if you prefer a replacement, we're willing to bear the shipping fee for your side as make up the loss.
